“Was This Helpful?” Feature Now Available on Owode Marketplace

At Owode Marketplace, we are constantly improving our help & support resources to better serve our users. We’ve now introduced the “Was This Helpful?” feature at the end of all help articles to allow users to give quick feedback on whether an article answered their question or provided needed help and support.

Here’s how it works:

If an article is useful, click “Yes” to confirm it helped.
If not, click “No” and provide quick feedback on what needs improvement.

This new feature ensures that we continue enhancing our support system based on real user experiences. Check out our Help Center to explore our guides.
