How to Submit a Report on Owode Marketplace
Go to the Report Page: Visit Owode Report System or go to the Help Center and select “Report an Issue.”
Select the Type of Report: Choose the correct report type (e.g., Order Issue, Product Violation, Scam Report, etc.).
Provide Details: Describe the issue clearly. Attach screenshots or evidence if possible.
Submit the Report: Click Submit Report to send it to Owode Support.
Wait for Response: Owode will review your report and update you via email or a dedicated support ticket.
